This new 4-story, 12-unit, mixed-use, 26,000 square foot, transit-oriented, mixed-use building was designed on the site of a former law office on Centre St. in West Roxbury. Building amenities include an elevator and heated parking garage.
The building design utilized podium construction where the basement and 1st floor were built with steel and concrete construction and the 2nd-4th floors were built with engineered lumber.
