The program for this 5,450 sf new home included 5 bed rooms (which included 2 master suites), 2-car garage, family room, game room, gym and a gourmet kitchen. The house was designed to comfortably accommodate a multitude of family and friends during the summer, with an eye towards single-level living for future retirement.
