The project involved a total rehab of this 1875 French Second Empire home which had been through a rather heavy-handed conversion into a 3-family in the 1960s. The client hoped to restore the home to its original grandeur and develop flexible living spaces to accommodate a family of 4 with en-suite bed rooms, 2 home offices and an in-law apartment.
