The project involved a renovation and addition to a Sears "kit" house built in 1947. The rear addition provided space for a generous family room on the 1st floor and master bed room suite on the 2nd floor. The house was fully insulated, mechanical and electrical systems were modernized and a new 2-zone heating and cooling system was installed.
