This 750-unit Campus Master Plan was completed while Rick was a partner at Steffian Bradley Architects. The design preserves the character-defining features, plan forms and landscapes of the 50-acre former Metropolitan State Hospital, which is listed on the Massachusetts and National Registers of Historic Places. The new architecture was designed to be compatible with the existing Neo-Georgian architecture, complementing and reinforcing the existing campus plan and landscapes.
