Erickson Brooksby Village, Danvers MA
Rick led public approval efforts, the design of a 1,500-unit campus master plan and 15 buildings for Erickson on a 91-acre campus in Danvers, MA while he was a partner at Steffian Bradley Architects. This multi-phased project was completed over an 8-year period.

Brooksby Village received the Chairman's Award from the National Association of Home Builders, an Award of Excellence from National Commercial Builders Council and was featured in the Design for Aging Review published by the American Institute of Architects.
