This new 4-story, 8-unit, 12,500 square foot, transit-oriented apartment building was designed on a formerly vacant lot 7 blocks east of Boston’s Dudley Square. The building amenities include a laundry and flat-screen TVs and nest thermostats in each apartment.

The building is designed to reflect the scale and material use of neighboring buildings in the recently revitalized Dudley Square through the use durable and sustainable materials like a red brick base and cementitious clapboard siding. The large windows provide residents with abundant natural light and are positioned to maximize the striking views of downtown Boston.
