Erickson Linden Ponds, Hingham MA
Rick led public approval efforts, the design of a 1,750-unit campus master plan and 17 buildings for Erickson on a 101-acre campus in Hingham, MA while he was a partner at Steffian Bradley Architects. The 1st 2 phases of this multi-phased project were completed over a 7-year period.
