Rick designed this 6-story, 187,000 square foot project when he was a partner at Steffian Bradley Architects. The shell building was built on spec by a developer and marketed as an attractive option for technology companies and local universities in need of office and research space. Due to its distinctive architecture, ideal location and three levels of structured parking, the City of Cambridge chose to lease the entire building as the new home for Police Headquarters. The interior fit-up for the police station was designed by another firm.
