The project involved a renovation and addition to a home built in 1950. The rear addition provided space for a basement gym, 1st floor family room with a generous deck and 2nd floor master bed room suite. The house was fully insulated, mechanical and electrical systems were modernized and a new 2-zone heating and cooling system was installed.
